Job Title: Manufacturing Technician/Operator - Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $22 - $26 /hour
Hours: M-F 6am-2:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient processing of raw agricultural materials into high-quality natural oil products. You'll work closely with the Production Supervisor to deliver results that ensure a smooth workflow and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Do:
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment used to process agricultural materials into natural oil products.
• Assessing, adjusting, and calibrating equipment to maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Monitoring and controlling machinery through control screens, levers, switches, buttons, and valves.
• Safely operating a forklift to move materials and support production and shipping activities.
• Troubleshooting equipment, devices, or process issues using gauges, scales, and other precision instruments.
• Completing and maintaining daily production paperwork, including logs, batch records, inventory reports, and safety documentation.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or agricultural production.
• The ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for long periods.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Location & Schedule:
This is a temp-to-hire position on-site in Salem, OR, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
