Quality Control Technician

Salem, OR | Day Shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | $25–$28/hour + OT

Previous experience is a plus—but absolutely NOT required. If you bring the right attitude, we’ll help you build the skills.

• Perform lab testing on raw materials and production samples
• Use measuring tools and lab equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Investigate quality issues and help identify solutions
• Prepare and package samples for analysis and shipment
• Maintain clear and accurate digital records and documentation
• Support ISO 9001 quality standards and audit processes
• Work closely with production teams to keep everything running smoothly
• Identify ways to improve safety, efficiency, and quality

• A high school diploma / GED or a degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
• Interest in lab work, manufacturing, or quality control
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfort using computers and entering data
• Good communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience in lab, manufacturing, or QC is helpful but NOT required
• Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

• Pay range: $25.00–$28.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities (up to ~50 hours/week)

• Primarily a laboratory setting with some production floor exposure
• PPE required when working with chemicals
• Active role involving movement and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)

• Monday–Friday
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Must be open to overtime (up to ~50 hours/week)
