Join our team and play a critical leadership role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. As our Supervisory Licensed Electrical Maintenance Manager
, you’ll combine hands‑on electrical expertise with strong team leadership to support the production of premium soy sauce in a fast‑paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Lead Electrical Operations:
Oversee and perform complex electrical work, ensuring compliance with NEC codes and licensing standards - Drive Reliability:
Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, VFDs, robotics, and automated systems to minimize downtime - Own Maintenance Strategy:
Build and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs with strong documentation and CMMS tracking - Maintain Facility Excellence:
Manage repairs across industrial equipment, utilities (HVAC, refrigeration, pumps), and building systems - Ensure Food Safety:
Uphold strict sanitation practices and support a clean, compliant production environment - Develop Your Team:
Lead, mentor, and hold accountable maintenance staff while fostering a high‑performance, safety‑first culture - Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance equipment performance, efficiency, and operational flow
- Active Supervisory Electrician License with deep industrial electrical expertise
- 6–10 years of leadership experience in maintenance or technical operations
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, industrial machinery, and facility maintenance
- Hands‑on skills in electrical, mechanical, welding, fabrication, and general repair
- Familiarity with packaging lines, conveyors, pumps, and processing equipment
- Proven ability to problem‑solve, multitask, and perform under pressure
- Strong communication skills in a multicultural team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
- Champion safety, quality, and accountability in all activities
- Build a collaborative, results‑driven maintenance team
- Proactively anticipate issues and lead solutions
- Ensure compliance with FDA, BOLI, EEOC, ADA, and all regulatory standards
