Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing plant. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging, processing, and facility systems; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues; and support equipment changeovers to meet production goals. Partner with operations on root-cause analysis, safety and quality initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Support equipment setups, changeovers, and calibrations for production runs.
- Use CMMS to document work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history.
- Follow all safety, quality, and food safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
- Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to prioritize maintenance needs.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in clean, organized condition.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.
