48forty Solutions in Salem, OR is seeking an Automated Pallet Repairer to build and repair pallets from fresh or recycled wood. This is a piece-rate role with $16.00/hour or piece wages AAA/.50, A/.45, B/.40, on a 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm.
You will use a nail gun, stack pallets for forklift movement, and must follow safety and quality standards while producing high output. A High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift ~50 lbs, and overtime willingness are required.
