** HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE...As a Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently before they reach consumers. You will help maintain quality standards, support production goals, and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to product quality help ensure every package meets Campbell's standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...  Packaging & Production Support  Prepare cartons and trays for product packing by folding, taping, sorting, labeling, and assembling packaging materials.  Verify packaging materials are properly prepared and available for production.  Pack products into cartons, trays, and displays according to packaging specifications.  Ensure products are packaged with the correct labels, codes, and packaging configurations.  Tape and seal cartons when required.

Quality & Food Safety  Conduct visual inspections of finished products and packaging, including:  Bag registration  Code dates  Pricing information  Package seals  Case labeling  Remove products that do not meet quality standards.  Communicate packaging or product quality concerns to operators, team leads, or supervisors.  Support food safety and quality standards throughout the packaging process.  Palletizing & Material Handling  Stack cartons and trays on pallets using established pallet patterns and specifications.  

Move finished goods and packaging materials as needed.  Utilize pallet jacks when required to transport finished products.  Support product rework activities according to plant procedures.

Sanitation, Safety & Housekeeping  Follow all plant safety, food safety, and hygiene procedures.  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.  Remove defective packaging materials, waste, and loose product from the work area.  Keep aisles, work spaces, and exits clear of obstructions.  Perform sanitation tasks, including:  Equipment washes  Seasoner cleanings  Wipeouts  Follow proper lifting and material handling practices.  

Equipment & Operational Support  Assist with production line startup activities.  Support changeovers as needed.  Operate tray-making and stapling equipment when assigned.  Report equipment or production issues to Machine Operators, Group Leaders, or Supervisors.  Additional Responsibilities  Perform other duties as assigned.  Work overtime as required to support business needs.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE...
