• Create graphics, engaging content and other marketing materials that support campaigns and reflect brand standards across multiple channels (digital, social, and print).
• Help manage our social media accounts by engaging with users and communities, while tracking performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product positioning.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future strategies.

• Gain practical experience analyzing campaign performance and developing insights into current marketing trends.
• Hands‑on experience in the dynamic personal care industry.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Passion for personal care, skincare, or beauty industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, analytics).
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• The successful candidate will need to report to the production facility in Salem, OR.

• This is a paid internship, 2 days per week, 3‑4 hrs per day, with a rate of $16.50 – $17.00/hr.
