The Oregon Long-Term Care Ombudsman is seeking Certified Ombudsman volunteers to advocate for individuals in care facilities across Oregon. Volunteers will conduct in-home visits to resolve complaints and ensure residents’ rights and quality of life are respected.
This role requires strong observation and communication skills, and a commitment of approximately 16 hours per month. A one-year commitment is preferred, and training will be provided to ensure effective advocacy.
