  Day & Night Shift

• PRN:
  Day Shift

• 12-Hour Shifts

• Up to $18/hour

• 75-Bed Facility

• Provide resident care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety

• Follow infection control policies and procedures

• Accurately complete documentation, including vital signs

• Immediately report any violations of residents’ rights

• Current CNA/STNA license

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Service-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow

• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
