• Check each resident routinely to ensure personal care needs are met in accordance with their wishes
• Review patient care plans daily to identify changes in the resident’s daily care routine
• Inform the nurse supervisor of any changes in the resident’s condition for accurate documentation
• Assist residents with daily needs, including activity preparation, social programs, and transportation to appointments
