Overview
The Director of Nursing (RN) oversees all nursing care within the surgical department, including OR, Preop, and PACU, ensuring high-quality patient care from admission to discharge. They lead staff supervision, develop policies, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and manage documentation and compliance with regulations.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary is $100,000 annually, with higher pay for certified nurse sedation, plus benefits like health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development support.
