Join a Level III NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

- Utilize advanced skills in resuscitation, ventilator management, and transport support

- 24/7 coverage with flexible 12- or 24-hour shifts
- No formal call, with team support during high census
- Certification as NNP or PA
- Minimum 2 years NICU experience in a Level III setting
- Strong procedural skills and passion for family-centered care
