Travel Registered Nurse

** Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Travel RN - Home Health in Salem, OR. This is an on-site, full-time contract position.*
* ** Pay:**  $54 to 56.00 per hour

** Four-month contract (possibility of extension)

** Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

** Coverage Area:
** 60 Mile Radius from Salem

** Mileage:
** Reimbursed

* Job Summary:

* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate  
** Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
** to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting. In this role, you will manage patient cases, deliver skilled nursing services, and support patients and families in managing care s position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working independently in the field.

* Primary Responsibilities:

*
* - Provide in-home patient care for home health patients within the assigned coverage area

- Manage patient caseloads and follow individualized plans of care

- Perform skilled nursing tasks including wound care

- Provide catheter care and maintenance as needed

- Educate patients and families on disease management and home care practices

- Instruct patients on proper medication use and safety

- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams

- Document all patient care, progress, and updates in EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred)

* Qualifications:

* - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

- Home health experience preferred

- Drivers license

** Pay Details:**  $54.00 to $56.00 per hour
