Responsibilities

  • Deliver podiatry‑focused care in long‑term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing and senior living facilities.
  • Assess, diagnose and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
  • Provide diabetic foot care, wound prevention and mobility education.
  • Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient‑centered care.
  • Participate in Medicare quality programs and document visits in Next Gen EMR on a company‑issued iPad.

Compensation Structure

Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue generated through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, the estimated annual earnings range from $22,000 to $34,000 per day worked (1 day per week) and up to $110,000 to $170,000 annually for 5 days per week. Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance.

A comprehensive overview of the compensation structure will be provided during the interview process.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree and completion of an accredited NP program (required).
  • Active RN license and NP certification (ANCC or AANP) (required).
  • 2–5 years of podiatry experience post‑training (preferred).
  • Experience in long‑term care or nursing homes (preferred).
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, independent settings.
