We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse who wants to make a real difference in the lives of seniors while supporting multiple communities across our region.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our community teams to ensure residents receive the highest quality care. You will:

• Support and guide clinical teams across multiple communities

• Help ensure care practices meet state regulations and quality standards

• Conduct audits and offer solutions to improve resident outcomes

• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to nursing staff

• Assist communities in preparing for surveys and inspections

• Lead quality improvement efforts that enhance care and safety

• Serve as a trusted liaison between teams and leadership

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon

• 3–5+ years of experience in senior care or long-term care

• Strong knowledge of Oregon regulations and survey processes

• A heart for seniors and a passion for supporting care teams

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to travel regularly within the region
