Job Summary and Qualifications

Currently offering a sign‑on bonus up to $10,000. The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care per state and specialty standards, working collaboratively with medical providers and the care team.

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).
• Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipating and proactively resolving needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan that promotes recovery.
• Serve as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems to coordinate ongoing care needs for specialized patient groups.

• Registered Nurse with Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or Instructor certification, obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification, obtained within 60 days of start date.
• License to practice in the relevant state.
• No travel required.
