- 32 hours per week (Full Time Equivalent)
- EMR system: EPIC
- Hourly pay: $41.66 - $51.03 per hour, DOE, with potential higher rate for experienced candidates
- Additional pay for bilingual skills, paid on hours worked
- Hiring/Retention Bonus Structure ($5,600 total)
- At Hire: $1,680
- At 180 days (6 months): $2,240
- At 12 months: $1,680
- Bonus will be pro‑rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE)

- Provides care during patient visits, discussing chief complaint and obtaining vital signs and complete health history; develops baseline physical assessment
- Performs phone triage to determine chief complaint, next steps and follow‑up care
- Documents health history, assessments, actions, and medications in the EMR
- Assists providers in diagnostic procedures and treatments
- Performs IV starts when ordered; provides patient information about procedure, site selection, and complications
- Communicates with patient to collect information on allergies and preexisting conditions
- Explains medication usage, side effects, and actions to patient/guardian and obtains consent
- Collaborates with other healthcare providers in developing patient plan of care; coordinates interagency referrals as directed
- Collaborates with provider in implementing patient plan of care, including education and identifying additional services; initiates follow‑up care plan as needed
- Collaborates with ancillary staff to process patients based on providers’ schedule, maintaining smooth patient flow
- Performs clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission, HRSA, and YVFWC requirements
- Performs additional duties as assigned
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred
- 1 year outpatient or clinical RN experience, preferred
- Active Oregon RN license
- Dual Washington/Oregon licensure required within 120 days
- Compliance with Nurse Licensure Compact sequence (details omitted)
- Military nurses not required to obtain NLC
- BCLS within 90 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS preferred
- Eligible for Bilingual Differential Compensation with ALTA score of 10
- Spanish bilingual proficiency level 10, preferred
