Serenity Hospice is seeking a Hospice Admissions RN for our Salem team. This role initiates admission, educates patients and families, and performs pre-admission evaluations to determine service appropriateness.
You will provide nursing assessments, develop initial care plans, and coordinate with teams to support comfort and quality of life. A RN license and CPR are required; hospice experience preferred; schedule is 4-10's.
