About This Role

The RN participates as a member of the health care team in delivering quality health care to patients, addressing acute and chronic needs of Health Plan members. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to providing compassionate care and supporting organizational values.

• Pay: $53.28 - $79.02/hour
• Location: Salem, OR
• Facility: Skyline Medical Offices
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide a variety of nursing services in person and by phone.
• Demonstrate personal commitment to service and socially relevant practice.
• Utilize critical thinking to problem solve and make decisions.
• Provide culturally sensitive nursing care to a diverse population.
• Mentor new staff and assist with orientation and staff development.
• Participate in outreach and in-reach activities to meet clinical targets.
• Develop teaching plans for health promotion and disease prevention.
• Document nursing care provided in compliance with standards.
• Facilitate coordination of care across all settings.
• Act as an advocate for individuals and groups with unmet health needs.

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years
• Minimum two (2) years of experience circulating in an inpatient or ambulatory surgery operating room in the past five (5) years

• Current Registered Nurse License in Oregon
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Nurse Operating Room Certificate (US-CNOR) preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (US-ACLS) preferred
