Pay is based on licensed nursing experience.

Schedule:
Part-Time | NOC (Overnight) Shift

Thursday / Friday / Saturday

Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse looking for a part-time overnight opportunity? South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene is looking for a dedicated LPN to join our supportive nursing team on the NOC shift, Thursday through Saturday.

Whether you're a newly licensed LPN or an experienced nurse, You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing high-quality care in a supportive skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

South Hills Rehabilitation Center is part of the Volare Health family of long-term care skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation centers. We believe in caring for our residents, supporting their families, and investing in the people who provide that care.

What You'll Do

As an LPN on our overnight team, you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care throughout the night.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing resident needs and monitoring changes in condition
  • Providing direct nursing care and ensuring residents' needs are met
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered
  • Supervising CNAs and other care team members in the delivery of nursing services
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Communicating changes in resident condition to appropriate members of the care team
  • Following applicable state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards
  • Promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life
  • Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team
What We're Looking For
  • Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oregon
  • Ability to assess resident needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition
  • Knowledge of individualized care planning and nursing practices
  • Ability to supervise and work collaboratively with CNAs and other healthcare team members
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
