Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Clinic, Salem, OR
Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered primary care focusing on acute, chronic, and preventative health concerns for individuals and families.
- Work as part of full‑time teams in both Family Medicine and Internal Medicine clinics.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Active Oregon license.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
