Position: OR RN Circulator 40 hrs
About This Role

The OR RN Circulator plays a vital role in delivering quality health care to patients in the operating room, utilizing nursing processes and leadership skills. This position is ideal for experienced RNs who are committed to patient advocacy and teamwork.

What You'll Do
  • Participate as a member of the health care team in delivering quality health care.
  • Provide a variety of nursing services both in person and by phone.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to service and socially relevant practice.
  • Utilize critical thinking to problem solve and make decisions.
  • Provide culturally sensitive nursing care to a diverse population.
  • Mentor new staff and assist with orientation and staff development.
  • Participate in outreach and in-reach activities to meet clinical targets.
  • Document nursing care provided in compliance with standards.
  • Apply effective oral and written communication skills with patients and team members.
  • Facilitate coordination of care across all settings.
Requirements Education
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing
  • High school diploma or GED required
Experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience circulating in an inpatient or ambulatory surgery operating room in the past five (5) years
Licenses & Certifications
  • Registered Nurse License (Oregon)
  • Basic Life Support certification required
