A CRNA-led anesthesia team in McMinnville, Oregon is seeking a CRNA to practice independently with meaningful clinical autonomy and a broad case mix. The opportunity offers competitive compensation, generous time off, a predictable weekday schedule, and a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care, all in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM | No night shifts
- Average 32-40 hours/week
- Call 1:7 weekdays & weekends | Post-call day always off | Take call from home
Case Mix
- General surgery, orthopedics, OB/L&D, bariatrics, urology, gynecology, healthy pediatrics, and regional anesthesia opportunities
Compensation & Benefits
- W2: $300,000 | 1099: $360,000
- Signing bonus up to $50,000
- 13 weeks guaranteed PTO

- Professional liability $1M/$3M included

- $2,500 CME reimbursement | License fees & AANA dues covered
- No moonlighting restrictions
Requirements
- Active Oregon CRNA license (or eligibility)
- NBCRNA board certification
- DEA registration
- BLS/ACLS
