Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing and fulfilling customer orders, assisting with general retail yard labor, and coordinating the schedule for timely and accurate delivery of products to the customer.

This is a customer-facing position focused on providing exceptional service and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Location:

Stayton/Salem, OR.

Wage: $18 - $21/HR, DOE

Schedule:

Full-time, 7 am - 5 pm (must be willing to work weekends)

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Regular and timely attendance

* Demonstrate safe work habits and take an active role in the Company's safety program. Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions

* Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment

* Provide exceptional customer service to walk in and call-in customers

* Leverage product knowledge to assist customers and drive sales

* Manage customer payments and ensure accurate cash handling procedures

* Take customer orders for delivery business over the phone and in person

* Maintain accurate and efficient delivery schedule utilizing computer point of sale application

* Maintain cleanliness of office, yard, and premises. Perform general landscape duties as needed

* Operate loading equipment, non-CDL delivery trucks, various miscellaneous landscape and yard equipment

* Routine heavy equipment washing using power washer

* Routinely assist other members of the workforce in different areas of production

* Other tasks and duties as assigned to meet business need

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education/Experience

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

* Valid driver's license required
