The Store Operations Manager is a key leader in ensuring the safety of our associates and pets, enhancing the customer experience, executing operational tasks, and achieving financial performance goals, while leading and inspiring the team. This role champion the company culture and strategies, striving for excellence in daily operations while embodying our core values.

• People Leadership: Oversee recruitment, coaching, and development processes, foster an open communication culture, and engage with associates to enhance team performance.
• Store Experience Management: Ensure a safe environment for pets and associates, lead exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with company policies and standards.
• Business Management: Drive profitability by executing corporate strategies, analyzing store performance metrics, managing expenses, and ensuring efficient operations.

• 4-6 years of retail or leadership experience in a customer-centric environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in computer applications and strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.

• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Exposure to a dynamic work environment with pets and handling live animals may occur.
