Brand Ambassador Program Overview

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program – same store, same rep, every 8 weeks – designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line, asking great questions and explaining product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos and reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo and jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times – you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check‑in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi‑monthly cadence (one 1‑hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand‑issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by Action Link, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

• Brand training session – 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.
