Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to athletes and outdoor enthusiasts on the sales floor
• Assist customers in selecting sports, fitness, and outdoor gear based on needs and skill level
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are organized and appealing
• Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Stay knowledgeable about current products, features, and promotions to make informed recommendations
• Support inventory processes including tagging, stocking, and price checks
• Ensure fitting rooms and high-traffic areas are clean, safe, and customer-ready
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales, service, and performance goals
• Follow store policies, loss prevention, and safety procedures
