Overview
Regional IDN Specialist – Salem, Oregon, USA. The role reports to the Area Business Director and focuses on the sales growth and maintenance of assigned Regional Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) accounts.
Responsibilities- Establish, develop, and maintain key business relationships at all levels within assigned IDN accounts.
- Grow Grifols revenue share of the assigned IDN’s total annual spend.
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Director, Corporate Account Team, and sales reps to develop regional growth plans and lead the sales process with a focus on short‑term profitable strategies.
- Coach the Area Business Director and assist the Area Sales Team as a regional sales leader.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for assigned IDN customers.
- Launch new products and company programs to drive value for each IDN customer.
- Conduct P&L analysis to maximize revenue while minimizing cost, promoting cost‑containment initiatives, and negotiating contracts to improve profitability.
- Schedule quarterly and annual business review meetings to uncover customer needs, expand commitment, and anticipate future opportunities.
- Identify and advance opportunities through the sales process in collaboration with the Corporate Account Team.
- Successful experience contracting multi‑location standardization agreements.
- Proven track record managing a regional IDN and responding to and negotiating RFPs.
- Ability to work well within a team and drive agenda without direct authority.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; professional presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and creatively.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred. Relevant healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory education is advantageous.
ExperienceMinimum 6 years of regional IDN management experience or a combination of 6 years of IH lab experience and relevant education.
Compensation & BenefitsAnnual salary range: $122,957 – $153,697 with eligibility for an uncapped $50,000 commission target. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO up to 5%, 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.
