What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned financial institution (FI) partners, including branch teams and executives
  • Educate and train FI teams on the Genius® platform and the employer's suite of software and payment solutions
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations and live product demonstrations to modernize payment processes for merchants
  • Partner with FI branches to identify, qualify, and close new merchant accounts
  • Utilize CRM platforms like Atlas and Salesforce to manage pipeline activity and maintain accurate client data
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
  • Must reside within the geographic area of the job posting
  • Proven experience in relationship-driven, B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
  • Two or more years of relevant B2B, fintech, or financial services sales experience
  • Familiarity with the banking, POS, or merchant services industries
  • Skilled in pipeline management and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Atlas
