Bonaventure Senior Living is seeking a motivated and results driven individual to join our team as a Sales Leader.

The Sales Leader is directly accountable for achieving and sustaining occupancy goals, including 100% occupancy, across assigned communities in Oregon and Washington. This role leads inbound and outbound lead activity, oversees accurate forecasting, and ensures consistent execution of training, marketing initiatives, and outreach plans to support sustained census growth.

The Sales Leader directly engages with at least 50% of all qualified traffic, ensuring no viable prospect goes unmanaged, while executing a high-conversion sales process that consistently achieves 75%+ phone-to-tour conversion and a minimum 35% lead-to-deposit conversion through solution-based tours and confident closing.

This role partners closely with community leadership to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy goals, providing training and coaching to drive census development and future move-ins. Responsibilities include analyzing weekly marketing reports, recommending strategic actions, lead daily (IMS) Inquiry Management Summary meeting reviews and participate in team stand‑ups to drive accountability and next‑step execution.

The Sales Leader develops and recommends marketing strategies to maintain occupancy, travels to support community performance in Oregon and Washington, and upholds the company’s vision through strong leadership, accountability, and results‑driven execution.

What does a Sales Leader do for Bonaventure?
  • Achieve census growth targets across assigned community, including working on‑site at a community when needed to directly drive move‑ins, while continuing to support sales performance.
  • Drive occupancy performance and achievement of budgeted census goals, including maintaining and sustaining 100% occupancy across assigned community.
  • Lead all inbound and outbound sales activity, including forecasting, lead management, and pipeline accountability.
    Maintain direct engagement with a minimum of 50% of qualified traffic (tours, walk‑ins, and scheduled appointments), ensuring all viable prospects are actively managed and advanced.
  • Execute a disciplined, high‑conversion sales process, consistently achieving 75%+ phone‑to‑tour conversion and a minimum 35% lead‑to‑deposit conversion through solution‑based selling and effective closing.
  • Train, coach, and support community teams to improve sales execution, strengthen closing skills, and drive future resident conversions.
  • Partner with community leadership teams to align on occupancy goals and implement strategies to meet or exceed census targets.
  • Analyze weekly marketing reports and performance data to recommend strategic adjustments that improve lead flow and conversion outcomes.
  • Conduct monthly Quality Assurance audits of marketing and sales processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Provide actionable feedback from audits, evaluations, and satisfaction surveys to Executive Directors and community teams, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Develop and recommend marketing, outreach, and lead generation strategies to sustain and grow occupancy.
  • Uphold and promote the company vision, culture, and service standards within all sales and marketing activities.

  • Traffic Ownership:
    Personally, engages with no less than 50% of all qualified traffic, ensuring maximum influence over conversion outcomes and zero missed opportunities.

    Consistently delivers a minimum 35% lead‑to‑deposit conversion rate, demonstrating strong closing ability and disciplined execution of the sales process.
