Sales Representative, Business Development
Job Summary
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi‑location opportunities. Conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote bundled solutions to ensure the optimal configuration for each customer. Achieve departmental financial and unit targets while staying current on competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
CoreResponsibilities
- Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast positioning and brand.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales and activity reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Sell and promote Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services, focusing on advanced communications solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi‑location opportunities.
- Identify improvement areas via a consultative process to enhance prospects’ communication effectiveness.
- Effectively manage a high‑activity territory with a comprehensive business plan.
- Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota.
- Stay knowledgeable about Comcast products and services to facilitate sales.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
- Adhere to all company standards and maintain professional conduct.

Base Pay: $60,000. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $110,000.

Education & Experience- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred; candidates with related coursework and experience may be considered).
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
