Capitol Auto Group is seeking a BDC Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The role focuses on developing and retaining sales business at every customer touch point, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience.

• Handle customer contacts, follow‑up, and new business development.
• Promptly respond to inbound sales emails and calls.
• Identify client needs and schedule appointments for the sales department.
• Place outbound phone calls and emails to potential and existing clientele.

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Phone experience preferred but not required.
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
