Package
  • Base Salary of $48k–$60k per year.
  • Monthly performance commission on client referrals.
  • Residual & renewal commissions on client referrals – no cap.
  • Top performers can double their base salary.
What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events.
  • Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support incoming opportunities.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships.
  • Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities.
  • Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for emergency leads, earning commission.
  • Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean 3‑year driving record and be able to pass a background check.

Compensation: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
