Insurance Sales Coach

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for a professional in the field of sales coaching to support our team of Insurance Professionals.

We serve our members every day by providing trusted insurance coverage options. In this role, you will support our Insurance teams with comprehensive and interactive sales coaching. As the Insurance Sales Coach, you will be responsible for developing new and existing agent sales performance while maintaining the quality of business written by AAA Oregon/Idaho.

You will create, lead, and maintain ongoing sales coaching to help our agents meet organizational goals and serve our members. This role is an ideal fit for someone with an expertise in insurance and a passion for developing others.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• Must be licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in the insurance or similar industry is required
• Experience in training and coaching in the field of sales required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and coach Insurance Sales professionals
• High level of member service skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to utilize judgment based on sound critical reasoning
• Proficiency in all MS Office Products, data base systems, and online training tools required
• Spanish/English bilingual skills a plus, but not required. Spanish/English Bilingual Pay differential provided.
