Pay: Piece Rate TBD (typically $25-30/per square)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Occasional overtime based on project deadlines)

What You'll Do:
As a Roofing Crew Member, you will be responsible for:

• Removing existing roofing materials and preparing surfaces for new installations.
• Installing various residential roofing systems, including shingles and underlayment.
• Efficiently carrying, loading, and staging roofing materials and tools.
• Safely using hand and power tools to deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site to uphold safety standards.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve daily production goals.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 1 year of residential roofing experience, with a focus on installations.
• Comfort working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
• The ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs throughout the workday.
• Your own basic tools necessary for the job.
