Basic Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections and simple repairs of machinery, tools, and facilities.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.

• Collaborate with experienced team members on complex maintenance and repair tasks.
• Prepare tools and materials needed for specific maintenance activities.

• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols during all activities.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Update supervisors on task progress and completion.

• Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs.
• Stay updated on new maintenance tools and techniques.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training is a plus).
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 20kg).
• Comfortable working in various environments (e.g., indoors, outdoors, high temperatures).
