- Perform drain cleaning and repair services for residential customers
- Use blueprints and schematics to identify and locate drainage systems
- Assemble and install drain pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Safely operate drain cleaning equipment when required (e.g., trailer jetters, mini jetters, drain snakes)
- Utilize basic math skills to measure and cut pipes to the appropriate length
- Conduct pipe threading and sealing to ensure proper connections
- Troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues using mechanical knowledge
- Collaborate with other team members to complete remodeling projects involving drainage systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Service Titan knowledge a plus
- Experience in sewer and drain cleaning
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues
- Experience with pipe threading and sealing techniques
- Willingness to submit and pass a pre‑employment background check & drug test (MJ OK)
