What You'll Do
  • Perform drain cleaning and repair services for residential customers
  • Use blueprints and schematics to identify and locate drainage systems
  • Assemble and install drain pipes, fittings, and fixtures
  • Safely operate drain cleaning equipment when required (e.g., trailer jetters, mini jetters, drain snakes)
  • Utilize basic math skills to measure and cut pipes to the appropriate length
  • Conduct pipe threading and sealing to ensure proper connections
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues using mechanical knowledge
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete remodeling projects involving drainage systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions
What You'll Bring
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Service Titan knowledge a plus
  • Experience in sewer and drain cleaning
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues
  • Experience with pipe threading and sealing techniques
  • Willingness to submit and pass a pre‑employment background check & drug test (MJ OK)
