Location: Salem, OR (Salem Branch)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some weekends optional)
Pay Rate: $30 - $32 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time (25-35 hours/week average)

Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of residential and commercial repairs and improvements
- Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, flooring, and fence work at a high level
- Handle general construction and remodeling tasks, including door installation and tile work
- Evaluate job sites and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers, management, and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Identify additional repair opportunities and educate customers on services
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Must Have:
- Strong experience in multiple trades, especially carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and flooring
- Proven ability to perform high-level handyman or remodeling work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Presentable appearance and organized tools
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Experience with bathroom remodeling
- Knowledge of electrical and general construction practices
- Experience with door installation, tile work, and LVP flooring
- Ability to upsell additional services through customer interaction
