Commercial Beverage Service Technician

Cool Sys is seeking a Commercial Beverage Service Technician to install, diagnose, and repair commercial beverage and refrigeration equipment for retail and commercial customers. In this field-based role, you'll perform start-ups, preventive maintenance, and emergency service, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll interpret schematics, troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration issues, handle refrigerants per EPA standards, and complete accurate service documentation while delivering professional, customer-focused service and supporting our safety-first, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial beverage and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and system start-ups for retail and commercial customers
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues using proper test equipment
• Handle refrigerants and refrigerant recovery in compliance with EPA regulations
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Document service work, parts used, and recommendations accurately and timely
• Communicate with customers on findings, repairs, and equipment operation

• Coordinate with dispatch and teammates to manage daily service schedule
• Support continuous learning and technical training initiatives
