Groundsperson Laborer Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (DOE)

Hours:

Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may expand to 5 days/week; occasional Saturdays, OT available)

As a Groundsperson Laborer, you'll be crucial in supporting daily operations by assisting tree care crews and helping maintain safe, efficient job sites.

You'll work closely with experienced team members, contributing to high-quality work and excellent customer service. What You'll Do As a Groundsperson Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Hauling brush, debris, and other materials from job sites to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Feeding branches and other materials into chippers, following all safety protocols.
• Using a chainsaw (training provided) to cut branches and logs in accordance with safety standards.
• MUST HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE
• Cleaning up debris and maintaining a safe, organized work environment for the crew.
• Assisting with job site preparation and other support tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience working as a groundsperson or laborer in the tree trimming industry is MANDATORY.
• Chainsaw experience REQUIRED
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• A dependable, safety-conscious attitude and a strong work ethic, with willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Location & Schedule This position is on-site in Salem, OR, based at 3989 Timbet Dr. SE. Work hours are primarily Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for overtime and occasional Saturdays.
