We've been providing heating and cooling service to the residents of Salem and surrounding areas since 1973! We provide service, maintenance, repair or installation for residential homeowners and commercial properties with their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.

Pay: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour + Spiffs
Work hours:
7:30am to 5:00pm | Monday through Friday | overtime as needed
- Commercial HVAC Service with some Residential as needed
- Annual / routine maintenance
- Diagnostics, service, and repair work
- Dispatched to on-demand service calls to our commercial customers
- Completing all work orders in Service Factor as calls are completed
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- Low Voltage License preferred
- Strong knowledge of various HVAC systems, equipment, and troubleshooting methods
- Ability to accurately assess repair-versus-replacement options
- Willingness to participate in training courses, seminars, and pursue NATE certifications
- Excellent understanding of safe work practices, including proper use of tools, testing equipment, and awareness of job-site surroundings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification from an accredited trade school preferred
- Valid driver's licence with a clean, insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
