Capitol Toyota is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our team.
ResponsibilitiesThe Express Service Advisor position interacts with customers to evaluate vehicle service needs, offers additional services, and writes the repair order. The role is responsible for high‑level customer interaction and coordinates the completion of repair orders.

- Experience with automotive DMS preferred
- Proven success in selling maintenance services due on a customer’s vehicle
- High motivation for customer satisfaction and team building – customer‑focused attitude
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
