** Job Duties (in part)
*** Work the Unknown Parent caseload to locate and identify participants. Verify and update participant demographics.
* Access Law Enforcement Data Systems (LEDS) to obtain information about participants including verifying deportation status, incarceration status and obtaining photos for identification purposes.
* Process locate activities from the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS) or States Parent Locator Service (SPLS) requests.
* Assist field staff with death verification requests.
* Identify missing information and contact parties or their attorney to obtain information needed to proceed with case creation or opening.
* Update relevant data to participant and case records to allow for appropriate next steps when the case assigns to the District Attorney or DCS field offices.
* Code cases for appropriate course of action; send forms and documentation to parties and attorneys as needed.
* Provide general office support, including but not limited to: copying and filing of documents, preparation of documents for review, processing of incoming and returned physical and electronic mail.
* Other duties as assigned.
** Required Experience

*** Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents.
