General
Position Summary:
The Site Coordinator oversees the daily operations of a Family Resource Advocacy Network (FRAN) Center that serves as a community gathering place, collaborative hub for social service partners, and a space that ensures accessible support for navigating social services and self-sufficiency programs. This role ensures the facility is safe, welcoming, and fully functional for families, staff, and tenant organizations. The Site Coordinator manages building operations, coordinates shared‑space usage, supports partner agencies, and fosters a positive, service‑oriented environment that strengthens community collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications and
Experience:
- Associate’s degree and at least 1 year facility coordination, operations, property management or related experience OR a High School Diploma/GED and 3 years relevant experience and
- Reliable transportation, valid Oregon driver’s license (or the ability to obtain a valid Oregon driver’s license within 30 days of hire) with a driving record that permits coverage under the agency’s corporate auto liability policy and personal automobile liability insurance.
Preferred Qualifications and
Experience:
- Experience working in a non-profit, social services, community center or multi-tenant environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and track record for follow through.
- Experience working with vendors and community partners.
Supervisory Responsibility

- Maintain current knowledge of community resources.
- Use appropriate crisis intervention skills, trauma informed care principles and services.
- Practice quality improvement principles, practices, and problem-solving techniques
- Proficient computer skills that include Microsoft Word, Outlook (Email), scheduling systems, Excel spreadsheets and database software.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Identify and access family support services and programs.
- Guide, analyze and resolve problems and complex issues in a professional manner and with sound judgment.
- Effectively communicate in written, verbal, and non-verbal contexts, formal and informal settings and in large and small group environments.
- Maintain confidentiality
- Understand basic budget principles and follow budgetary goals.
- Work professionally and respectfully with all people.
- Effectively manage, schedule, supervise, train and mentor workforce as assigned.
- Implement and manage program changes and interventions in alignment with organizational values, goals and expectations.
