Salem-Keizer Public Schools’ approach to Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) focuses on early intervention, multidisciplinary collaboration, and equity-focused support. The district developed the Salem-Keizer Cascade Model, a nationally recognized student threat assessment system, which identifies students on a pathway to extreme aggression and provides wraparound services to mitigate risk.
ResponsibilitiesThis position will lead the Fire Misuse Assessment process while supporting the Student Threat Assessment Team and the Sexual Incident Response Team.
