About the RoleTalent Groups is seeking an experienced Software Quality Engineer (SQE) to support a large-scale enterprise application and integration initiative.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience testing complex enterprise applications, integrations, workflows, APIs, and document management solutions and will help ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Create and execute manual test plans for enterprise applications and integrations.
- Develop functional and non-functional test cases aligned with QA strategy.
- Track testing progress and overall system quality.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, requirements reviews, and test case reviews.
- Translate requirements into test scenarios and test cases.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and manage defects through resolution.
- Analyze and report defect root causes, severity, and trends.
- Manage test cases, test data, and test execution.
- Evaluate system health through component and feature-level test results.
- Support manual and automated testing activities.
- Collaborate with development, business, and project teams.
- Experience testing complex enterprise applications and integrations
. - Strong experience creating and executing manual test plans.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops Test Plans or similar tools.
- Experience with functional and non-functional testing.
- Strong defect identification, tracking, and reporting experience.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
. - Experience participating in Sprint Planning and other Agile ceremonies.
- Experience with manual and automated test case management and execution.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
