Looking for a full-time driving position with strong hourly pay, modern equipment, consistent work, and routes that get you home most nights?
We’re hiring a CDL-A Truck Driver based out of our Salem, OR facility to support local and regional delivery operations throughout Oregon and Washington. This position primarily supports warehouse and delivery operations in Salem while functioning as a backup route driver as needed.
This is an excellent fit for a dependable, safety-focused driver who is comfortable supporting warehouse operations, unloading freight, and stepping into route coverage when needed.
This position is subject to all applicable DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
What You’ll Do- Safely operate CDL-A commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Function as a backup route driver supporting local and regional delivery routes throughout Oregon and Washington
- Support daily warehouse and delivery operations based out of the Salem facility
- Load, unload, move, and stage product using forklifts and material handling equipment
- Assist with unloading freight and product at delivery locations
- Safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 60 lbs
- Assist with forklift safety practices and occasional forklift training support for team members as needed
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and DOT documentation
- Secure loads safely and maintain accurate delivery paperwork and logs
- Assist with warehouse support, freight handling, and route preparation as needed
- Deliver professional customer service during pickups and deliveries
- Operate safely in varying road, weather, and traffic conditions
- Forklift experience preferred — training and certification support available
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
- Previous route delivery, freight, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
- Strong understanding of DOT safety and compliance requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing operational needs
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening, background check, and all pre-employment requirements
- Full-time position
- Primarily based in Salem warehouse and delivery operations
- Backup route coverage as needed

- Primary routes run the I‑5 corridor between Salem and:
- Portland, OR
- Eugene, OR
- Medford, OR
- Longview, WA
- Olympia, WA
- Auburn, WA
- Occasional Spokane route coverage may be required based on operational needs

Requirements- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Must be able to fulfill all DOT CDL‑A requirements
- Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate hand, air, hydraulic, and power tools
- Strong problem‑solving skills and physical dexterity
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and in changing weather conditions
- Ages 25+:
No more than 3 minor traffic violations within the past 3 years - Ages 21–24:
No more than 2 minor traffic violations within the past 3 years - Ages 18–20:
No more than 1 minor traffic violation within the past 3 years - No DUI or suspended license violations within the past 3 years for any age group
- This is a hands‑on, active position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, and use of both hands and arms throughout the shift.
- Team members regularly work around moving mechanical equipment, compressed air tools, changing outdoor weather conditions, elevated noise levels, vibration, fumes, and airborne particles.
