System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A Flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes, transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals across the western region of America.

• Transport cargo on OTR routes while ensuring safe loading and securement of flatbed cargo.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Complete required paperwork and report incidents or delays promptly.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Safe driving record with no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 4+ months of driving experience.
• Background check, clean drug test, and clean clearinghouse result.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice.
• Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience (not required).

• Weekly pay: $1,171.40 – $2,106.07 (depending on experience, routes, attendance, length of service).
• Annual pay: $60,912.97 – $.
• Flatbed OTR Driver Rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile.
• Additional accessorial compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay.
• Transition package: $1,800, including $1,000 for first 2 weeks orientation.

• 3 weeks out, then 3 days off (Division 200).
• Home time varies by division; this opportunity is for Division 200.
