About the Position
Supply Specialist1 – Full‑time, permanent, SEIU represented, based in Salem, Oregon.
This in‑office role focuses on receiving, issuing, inventorying, and distributing all stocked General, Office, Forms, Medical, Clothing, Laundry/Linen items and non‑stock items. It also supports other warehouse duties as assigned.
ResponsibilitiesReceive, review, edit, and issue controlled inventory to various cost centers. Provide support for receiving, issuing, inventorying, and distribution of stocked items and non‑stock items. Assist in all other assigned areas within the Warehouse as needed.
Minimum Qualifications- One year of stocking, storeroom or warehouse experience that included purchasing supplies, equipment or materials and shipping and receiving.
- Valid Oregon driver’s license.
- Experience in a warehouse setting.
- Receiving and inspecting items, verifying quantities received from purchasing documents, and ensuring all items meet order specifications.
- Maintaining adequate space for warehouse stock and supplies.
- Providing accessibility to supplies and maintaining storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Filling and completing tasks focused on material requisition daily.
- Keeping the team up to date with low inventory inquiries, product expiration dates, and locations of products.
- Assisting in the moving of all supplies, equipment and furniture.
