• Project Planning:
  Develop comprehensive project plans that outline key tasks, milestones, timelines, and deliverables to keep everyone aligned.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify potential bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management:
  Lead progress meetings and provide clear status updates to executives, clients, and team members.
• Quality Control:
  Monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet high organizational standards and client expectations.
• Engineering Review:
  Review engineering drawings and prints for quality and constructability.
• Pole Attachment Application Submission and Tracking:
  Submit and track applications through lifecycle.
• Bridge the Gap:
  Identify engineering issues early and create collaborative feedback between engineering and construction teams.
• Project Logistics:
  Create desktop takeoff sheets and submit purchase order requests to keep field teams equipped.
• Executive Visibility:
  Help design, create, and support weekly slide decks for executive reviews.

• Industry Foundations:
  Basic understanding of aerial and underground construction methods.
• Permitting & Utility
  
  Experience:
  
  Submit pole attachment applications and navigate municipal permits.
• Education & Experience:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Tech Savvy:
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Leadership Track Record:
  Prior supervisory or managerial experience.
• Legal Authorization:
  Must have legal authorization to work in the United States; must pass pre‑employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record check.

• 3–5 years of dedicated OSP aerial engineering and construction experience.
• Specific regional work experience in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Montana.
• Direct experience with Telecom Fiber company systems and standards.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet to track and automate workflows.
